The chance to craft is not known but the results are random.

The Adept's Exalted Padding is used to craft Adept's Armor of Valor Additionally, the Adept's Exalted Padding may be salvaged at either a Repair Station or an Artifact Foundry

Salvaging Adept's Exalted Padding will result in 1440 Silver and 12-13 Adept's Avalonian Shard
