Cloth Armor is a class of equipment consisting of: Cloth Cowls, Cloth Robes, and Cloth Sandals.

Cloth Cowls

  Cleric Cowl Ice Block: Channeled ability, which instantly makes you immobile and invulnerable to damage. 0 Instant Self 40s
  Mage Cowl Poison: Coats your weapon with poison. Your next auto attack will poison the enemy, damaging him for 101 per second for 5s. 0 Channel Self 30s
  Royal Cowl Perpetual Energy: Master the forbidden secret of unlimited energy... briefly, at least. This spell will reduce your energy cost for all spells to 0 for 15s. 0 Instant Self 30s
  Druid Cowl Circle of Inspiration: Places an Area under you, which replenishes energy for you and allies. The area lasts for 5s, and replenishes 15 energy per second. 0 Instant Self 45s
  Fiend Cowl Purge: Removes all positive status effect of an enemy. 0 Instant 9m 40s
  Cultist Cowl Inner Corruption: Applies a 7s long debuff to an enemy. When used on players: Deals 156 magic damage each time this player attacks or uses an ability. When used on creatures: Deals 78 magic damage per seconds. 0 Instant 9m 30s

  Mage Robe Purging Shield: Creates a purging shield on you. Increases your resistance by 65 for 5s. While the shield is active, enemies lose all buffs whenever they damage you. (Does not remove enemy heal effects.) 25 Instant Self 40s
  Royal Robe Magic Rune: Places a magic rune under your feet, which strengthens the magic abilities of you and your allies as long as you stand on it. The rune will increase cast speed by 10% and magic attack and heal power by 5% per second. (Stacks up to 6 times.) 20 Instant 0m 1m
  Druid Robe Obsessive Burst: Increases your damage and heal power by 7% for 10s. During this time, each time you activate an ability, this effect is multiplied. (Stacks up to 8 times.) 25 Instant Self 1m
  Fiend Robe Fear Aura: A fiendish 4m radius aura surrounds you for 4s. Enemies entering it will run away in fear. 0 Instant Self 30s
  Cultist Robe Levitate: Start floating above the ground for up to 5s. During this time you are immune to physical damage, and restore 4% energy and health every 0.5s. 0 Instant Self 45s

  Cleric Sandals Blink: Teleports the caster to the cursor's position, unless something is in the way. 0 Instant 10m 20s
  Mage Sandals Delayed Teleport: Choose a ground target within 15m. 1s after activation, you will be teleported to the desired position. Your cast channel will not be interrupted by the teleport. However it is not possible to teleport through obstacles. 0 Instant 15m 20s
  Royal Sandals Defenseless Rush: Increases your move speed by 75%, and your damage by 20%, for 7s. But while this ability is active you also take 13.043% more damage. The ability can stay activated for up to 7s. 0 Toggle Self 30s
  Druid Sandals Frost Walk: Your feet freeze the ground beneath them. For the next 5s, your move speed will increase by 30%, and you will leave a trail of frozen ground behind when moving. If the enemy touches it, he is slowed by 80%. 0 Instant Self 30s
  Fiend Sandals Position Swap: Instantly swap positions with an enemy or a group member. 0 Moving Channel 8m 20s
  Cultist Sandals Rotten Ground: For the next 5s, your move speed will increase by 30%, and you will leave a trail of rotten ground behind you when moving. Reduces resistances by 41 and Healing Received by 20% for all enemies who touch the rotten ground. The effect lasts for 3s after leaving the area. 0 Instant Self 30s
