General Information
The Expert's Repair Kit is used to repair items outside of a city
- The repair fee is twice as high as repairing in a city
- The Expert's Repair Kit may be purchased on the Market Place or crafted at a Toolmaker
- Expert's Repair Kit is also considered stackable
- Additionally, the Expert's Repair Kit cannot have the Item Quality improved
- The Expert's Repair Kit will only repair items Tier 5 or lower
