Outlaw Status

Outlaw is a player status that a hostile flagged player receives by damaging, applying status effects to a non-hostile player in Yellow, Red, and Black Zones.

A non-hostile player can unintentionally inflict himself with outlaw status by hitting a ganker without outlaw that's mixed in with outlawed gankers while using mobility abilities such as Bloodletter's Lunging Stabs or if an active skill mount such as Pest Lizard is hit by mobs and gankers without outlaw end up affected by Toxic Reaction cloud.
