Adept's Chillhowl

General Information

The Adept's Chillhowl is a Tier 4 Frost Staff which may be obtained by crafting or via the Market Place.

There are three options for the Q spell slot: Frost Bolt (First), Hoarfrost (First), and Ice Shard (First)

There are four options for the W spell slot: Frost Bomb (Second), Frost Nova (Second), Frost Beam (Second), and Shatter (Second)

There is one option for the E spell slot: Frozen Crystal (Third)

There are four options for the passive slot: Frost (Passive), Energetic (Passive), Aggressive Caster (Passive), and Furious (Passive)

The Adept's Chillhowl may have different Item Quality ranging from Normal to Masterpiece

The Adept's Chillhowl Item Quality may be increased at a Repair Station for a fee
