1st Blood Draw Throw an axe in the targeted direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit, based on the number of Rending Bleed Charge on them. 2nd Blood Bandit: Throw an axe infused with blood magic in the targeted direction, dealing 363 physical damage Heals you based on the number of Rending Bleed Charges on the first enemy hit.

To reduce its self-sustain, the Lifesteal effect is now limited to one target and can be triggered less frequently. To improve its damage and utility, however, it can now be cast twice in a row.
