An active ability found on Feyscale Sandals.

Ethereal Form	Energy Cost	0	After 1s turn into an Ethereal Form, becoming untargetable, immune to damage and all abilities, and increasing Move Speed by 20% while channeling for up to 6s. Each 0.5s channeled costs 3% of your Max Energy. Each time you pass through an enemy player in Ethereal Form your Move Speed increases by 20% for 5s (stacks up to 4 times). It also decreases all damage you deal by 10%.
