Fire Staffs

Fire Staffs are powerful Mage weapons that provide some of the best raw damage in Albion. They particularly excel at damage over time (DoT) and area of effect (AoE) attacks. In exchange, fire staffs lack mobility and have limited non-damage utility. Fire Staffs are unlocked by the Pyromancer node on the Destiny Board.

Once unlocked, the following weapons can be used:

Standard Weapons: Crafted using common resources, these weapons tend to be much easier to obtain than Artifact Weapons.

Artifact Weapons: Require specific artifact items to craft, start with higher Item Power than Standard Weapons, and benefit less from Enchantment Levels.

Abilities

  • Abilities are unlocked as you level up the Pyromancer skill (see the Unlock Table below).
  • First, Second, and Passive slot abilities are common to all weapons, while Third Slot abilities are unique to each weapon and do not have a level requirement.
  • The default hotkeys for First, Second, and Third Slot abilities are Q, W, and E, respectively.

First Slot Abilities


Fire Bolt

Energy Cost 11 A fire bolt dealing 243 Magical damage to an enemy, and igniting them to take 16 damage per second for 4 seconds(the burning stacks up to 5 times).

Burning Field

Energy Cost 17 Sets the ground on fire in a 3m radius for 4s, dealing 145 magic damage on ignition and additional damage for enemies inside the area.

Against Players: 153 magic damage every 0.5s

Against Creatures: 56 magic damage every 0.5s

Second Slot Abilities


Ignite

Energy Cost 36 Instantly ignite an enemy for 268 Magical Damage, causing them to take 75 per second for 4 seconds.

Wall of Flames

Energy Cost 42 Creates a flaming wall in front of the caster, dealing 101 Magical damage every 1s to enemies while they stand in the fire. Enemies hit by the fire will try to flee.

Fire Wave

Energy Cost 33 A cone of fire appears in front of the caster, igniting enemies in hits. Affected enemies suffer 96 damage per second, and will be knocked back.

Fire Ball

Energy Cost 25 Casts a Fire ball that explodes upon impacting an enemy, dealing 347 to any enemies in a 5m radius, and setting them on fire for an additional 17 per second for 6 seconds.

Passive Abilities

Energy Cost - Every normal attack sets the enemy on fire, dealing an additional 23 per second for 2.5s

Pyroblast

Energy Cost 42 A strong spell which deals 791 Magical damage, and then burns over 4 seconds for 29 damage per second.

Flame Pillar

Energy Cost 40 After a short delay, a Flame Pillar erupts out of the ground, dealing 560 Magical damage to all enemies hit.

Contagious Fire

Energy Cost 58 An enemy afflicted with Contagious Fire ignites other nearby enemies, inflicting strong damage over time flames that deal 97 damage every second.

Wildfire Staff


Magma Sphere

Energy Cost 56 Shoots a devastating magma sphere in any direction that incinerates all enemies in its path. Every enemy hit will receive 744 damage and burn for 4 seconds for an additional 56 damage per second.(This damage can't be reflected.)

Brimstone Staff


Meteor

Energy Cost 73 Summons a meteor, that will hit the ground several seconds after the casting is completed. On impact it deals 1322 magical damage, and knocks all enemies hit away from the point of impact (This damage can't be reflected.)

Blazing Staff


Flame Tornado

Energy Cost 79 Creates a Flame Tornado, rampaging over the ground for 5s. Every enemy within 5m of its center will take high magic damage. After leaving the area the burn damage will continue for 3 more ticks.

Against Players: Deals 183 magical damage every 0.5s.

Against Creatures: Deals 132 magical damage every 0.5s.
