General Information

The Master's Armor of Valor is a Tier 6 Plate Armor which may be obtained by crafting or via the Market Place.

There are three options for the R spell slot: Mend Wounds (Fifth), Taunt (Fifth) and Requite (Fifth)

There are four options for the passive slot: Toughness (Passive), Authority (Passive), and Tenacity (Passive)

There are two options for the secondary passive slot: Spirit Crush (Passive) and Protective Instinct (Passive)

The Master's Armor of Valor may have different Item Quality ranging from Normal to Masterpiece

The Master's Armor of Valor Item Quality may be increased at a Repair Station for a fee

  • The boss now spawns a wave of support mobs four times per fight, once for every 20% reduction in his health
  • The number of spawned mobs is now more precisely based on the number of attackers, and maxes out at 6 spawned mobs when attacked by 15 or more players (where "attacking" means being on the boss's aggro list):

Energy Drain (Royal Armor) no longer steals enemy energy. While energy management should be an important part of the game, fights with energy-draining comps are not very fun for the receiving end. Energy Drain will thus now be a purely supportive ability that generates Energy for the user and allies, and be renamed Energy Source.

  • Energy Drain (Royal Armor):
    • Reworked the ability, it is now called Energy Source and no longer reduces enemy energy

All Armors in the game (cloth, leather, plate, and gathering gear) now have a Health Regeneration Bonus of 150% regardless of armor type:

  • Mage Robe, Cultist Robe, Robe of Purity: 60% → 150%
  • Mercenary Jacket, Royal Jacket, Stalker Jacket: 150% → 150%
  • Hunter Jacket, Hellion Jacket: 140% → 150%
  • Assassin Jacket, Specter Jacket, Jacket of Tenacity: 130% → 150%

Self Ignition's spell logic was reworked to improve server performance, which also limited the number of enemies it could hit. As a result, it now deals damage even when the caster is shielded or invulnerable. The general damage was thus reduced. Additionally, to make it more effective in Item Power-dependent settings, it now uses a percent of the enemy’s max health to determine damage instead of a flat value.

Force Shield was very strong for tanks in 5v5, which also gave frontlines too much survivability. The resistances from the area were thus slightly reduced.

Life Steal Aura is another Quality of Life change to make the ability feel more fluid.

  • Life Steal Aura (Hellion Jacket):
    • Hit Delay: 0.2s → 0s
    • Standtime: 0.4s → 0s
  • Self Ignition (Specter Jacket):
    • Area now affects up to 5 enemies
    • Area now keeps damaging enemies even if the caster is invulnerable or shielded
    • Burn Damage vs Players: 66 true damage → 2% of enemy's max health
    • Burn Damage vs mounted players is now the same as against mobs (no percent-based damage)
    • Hit Delay: 0.4s → 0.3s
    • Standtime: 0.6s → 0.5s
  • Force Shield (Judicator Armor):
    • Resistance Increase: 0.28 → 0.25

  • Added popup notifications for when new milestones are reached during Faction Campaigns
  • The alert status of an Outpost now escalates after its boss has taken a significant amount of damage
  • Faction Warfare Boss Changes:
    • Champion of Lymhurst:
      • Cooldown of Barbed Arrow: 7s → 6s
      • Cooldown of Multishot: 9s → 8s
    • Champion of Thetford:
      • Cooldown of Meteor: 7s → 9s
  • In order to give Faction Ranks a more meaningful progression and increase the rewards for loyalty to a Faction, bonuses now begin increasing earlier, and increase more steadily throughout all ranks.   • 25 March 2021Call to Arms Patch 1
    • Reduced the amount of points awarded by killing or knocking out players in Faction Warfare to support points being sourced from other places. We will also be reducing the amount of points coming from PvE activities, but that will come in a later patch.
    • As Faction Warfare is primarily a resource-based system with limited quantities of points for players to fight over, the unexpectedly large number of players participating led to marginal gains for individual players. As such, we've significantly increased the points available in the system to better support the number of players participating, and will continue to keep an eye on point balancing in the coming weeks.
    • Reduced point requirements for Faction Warfare daily bonuses by 75% (effective immediately).
    • Reduced point requirements for Faction Warfare Campaign milestones by 50% (effective at the start of the next Faction Campaign on April 1).
    • Made changes to the rates at which bonus points are gained and lost, which should significantly increase the amount of bonus points received in the Weekly Report in some cases.
