Referral Season 13 dates: July 17, 2018, until August 22, 2018
Once unlocked on an account, it is usable by all characters on the account
The Recruiter's Saint Bernard is also available via the Market Place if a player opts to sell theirs
The Recruiter's Saint Bernard Mount Skin may only be used on mounts in the Direwolf category
